Mary Ann Masseth

Inherited the Brown Street property on Xavier's intestate death in 1849. Moved to Canandaigua in the early 1870s to be with her sons Edward and Joseph, returning to Rochester later in the decade. Left a will directing that all property be "equally devided among all of my children".
