The triangular lot bounded by Allen, King and Brown Streets, made up of lots 25-27 of the Perkins & Schermerhorn tract. Xavier built a house and nailsmith shop here after 1837; the property is consistently addressed as "77 Brown" in the city directories. By 1910 no buildings remained.
